Welcome to Pattra’s Restaurant, where the vibrant flavours of Thailand meet genuine Thai hospitality.
Owned and managed by Pattra, who hails from Thailand, our restaurant is passionate about sharing the rich culinary traditions and warm welcome that Thai culture is known for.
Led by Head Chef Wandee and Sous Chef Mia, both from Thailand, our kitchen prepares authentic Thai dishes using traditional recipes, fresh ingredients and aromatic Thai herbs and spices. From classic curries and stir-fries to regional Thai favourites, every dish is carefully crafted to bring the true taste of Thailand to North Wales.
Pattra’s extensive background in international hospitality, combined with the expertise of our Thai chefs, ensures every guest enjoys not only exceptional food but also attentive and friendly service.

However please note that when ingredients are handled in the same kitchen it is impossible for us to guarantee that your dish will be 100% allergen-free.
So if you do have a serious allergy, please make that known to us before dining, so we can provide you with information to help you make a safe and informed choice.

1. Reservations and Table Duration
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your reserved booking time. If you have not arrived within this period and have not contacted us, your table may be released to other guests.
Tables are reserved for a duration of up to 2 hours unless otherwise arranged.
2. Large Group Bookings
For bookings of 6 guests or more, a deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final bill on the day of dining.
Deposits may be transferred to an alternative booking date if at least 72 hours’ notice is provided. Any changes requested within 72 hours of the reservation may result in the deposit being forfeited.
We kindly request that pre-orders are submitted at least 3 days prior to your reservation date.
Large group bookings may be allocated a longer dining period than our standard 2-hour table reservation.
3. Contact Details
A valid mobile telephone number is required when making a reservation. This allows us to contact you regarding your booking and notify you of any important updates or unforeseen changes.
4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Whilst we take every reasonable precaution to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the use of shared kitchen facilities.
Please note that many of our Thai dishes contain peanuts, peanut oils, tree nuts and other nut-based ingredients. As a result, we may not be able to safely accommodate guests with severe peanut allergies.
5. Dress Code
There is no formal dress code; however, most guests choose to dine in smart casual attire.
6. Children
Children of all ages are welcome at Pattra’s Restaurant.
Please note that we do not currently provide high chairs or offer a dedicated children’s menu. However, our chefs will be happy to prepare simple children’s meals upon request whenever possible.
7. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.
8. Parking
Free on-street parking is available near the restaurant from 5:00pm onwards.
Please note that the on-site car park is reserved exclusively for residents and is not available for restaurant guests.
9. Menu Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure all menu items are available, occasionally certain dishes or ingredients may be unavailable due to seasonal availability, supplier shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
Pattra’s Restaurant reserves the right to substitute ingredients or withdraw menu items without prior notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
10. Right of Admission
Pattra’s Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or admission where necessary to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of our guests and staff.
11. Service Charge
No service charge is added to your bill.
Any gratuities given are shared amongst all members of our team and are greatly appreciated.
